Now, if a file name includes a designated folder name (e.g., “John Doe”), the system will automatically place it in the right folder. No dragging, no searching needed.

How it works:

• Name your files using this format: [foldername_filename.extension]
• The system will recognize everything before the first underscore (_) as the folder name.
• Double-check file names before uploading to ensure they go to the correct location.
   
  

Bulk Invites Made Simple

Before inviting users, you can set up groups with specific permissions. Investors in a group will automatically inherit the assigned permissions.

• Create your permission groups.
• Import a contact list or simply copy and paste email addresses.
• Each invitee is automatically assigned the correct permissions based on their group—no manual sorting is needed.

You can send invites via email or generate a link for easy access. Plus, links can be managed through the link dashboard, where you can set expiration dates and require admin approval for access.

Send Bulk Reminders in One Click

Need to follow up with invitees who haven’t joined yet? Or send an update to a specific group? No need to switch tabs. Simply select the recipients within the data room and draft an email all in the same screen.
