We’re thrilled to introduce powerful new features and enhancements designed to optimize your document management, improve communication follow-ups, and enhance security across your investment environment. These updates are designed to help GPs streamline operations, ensure critical tasks don’t fall through the cracks, and enforce stronger security protocols for a more efficient and secure platform experience.
Here’s a closer look at the latest enhancements:
1. Stay On Top of Key Investor Conversations
We know that fund teams often face a flood of comments during peak months. To help you stay focused on what matters, we’ve introduced automatic flagging for threads that have been inactive for a set number of days. This way, you’ll never miss an LP request or a question from a team member.
Key updates include:- Automatic Flagging: LP-initiated threads that remain inactive for a specified period are now highlighted with an exclamation mark and a prompt to reply.
- Dynamic Tracking: Inactivity tracking resets with each new LP comment and clears once a response is given.
- Prioritized Sorting: Pending, older threads are brought to the top for easy visibility.
- Dismissal Options: GPs can dismiss reminders by responding or resolving threads.
- Customizable Settings: GPs can set the inactivity period and toggle this feature on or off as needed.
2. Filter Your Bulk Download by Document Types
We've enhanced bulk document downloading, giving GPs more control by allowing specific document types to be selected during batch downloads. Now, GPs can filter by categories like Subscription Documents, AML/KYC, and Reference Documents, making the process more efficient by reducing unnecessary downloads.
This update also includes an improved user experience for individual LP downloads, simplifying access to only the documents needed.
3. Strengthened Security with Environment SSO for GPs
To simplify security management, we’ve introduced Environment SSO, which allows GPs to enforce access policies across all their funds with a single setup. This means you can apply the same security rules—such as email domain restrictions or user role requirements—across multiple funds, even if they use different identity providers.
