This month we've added some improvements for fund management, including adding the flexibility to filter custom columns on the master dashboard. To aid in compliance and provide seamless collaboration, fund managers and investors can now also comment on AML/KYC documents for all existing funds.

Additionally, Fund managers can now mark supporting documents as "provided by investors" at any time, and prevent investors from downloading subscription documents should they choose to.

Fund managers can now leverage the power of custom columns even further with the ability to filter based on custom column values. With this update, fund managers gain the flexibility to filter custom columns based on value types and various filter options

AML/KYC commenting for all existing funds

Starting May 9, Fund managers and investors can actively engage in collaborative discussions and leave comments related to AML/KYC documents. This feature aims to foster transparency, promote seamless collaboration, and ensure compliance within the funds' ecosystem.

"Mark as provided" for AML/KYC 

Fund managers can now effectively mark supporting documents as "provided by investors" at any time in. This feature caters to the dynamic nature of document submission, as investors may provide the required documents at various stages, including before filling in the sub-doc or during previous fundraisings.

With the ability to perform this action in batches, through data import, or on an individual subscription basis, fund managers can streamline their workflow and ensure accurate tracking of document submissions.

Prevent investors downloading sub docs 

Fund managers are now able to prevent investors from downloading subscription documents by enabling a switch in the fund settings. This enhancement ensures that only reviewed and approved subscription documents are accessible for download by investors, enhancing centralized documentation & easy process tracking to better stay in control of the fund onboarding process.
