We’re excited to announce a series of updates and enhancements to improve your fund subscription and investor data management experience. This month’s release focuses on streamlining workflows, tightening security, and boosting efficiency across our platform. Whether you’re a fund administrator, GP, or part of an internal data management team, these new features are designed to help you work smarter, faster, and more securely.
Here’s a detailed look at this month’s updates:
We’ve made the Fund Activity Log more secure by restricting access to Fund Admins as part of our continuous effort to safeguard sensitive data. This means that Custom Role GP users can no longer view potentially sensitive documents through direct links in the activity log, helping maintain stricter control over who sees your fund’s data.
Additionally, we’ve removed the ‘Access fund activity logs’ permission from general settings, further simplifying the process of managing permissions. This update allows admins to more effectively control document access and ensure that only authorized personnel can view important records.
We understand that every investor has different preferences when it comes to document signing. We’ve introduced more flexibility to help accommodate this by allowing investors to choose between a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) and a Standard Electronic Signature (SES) when signing documents.
Admins also have the ability to adjust QES settings in the portal, ensuring that signature management remains efficient and tailored to the needs of both investors and GPs.
Managing expiration dates is now more efficient with the new 'All Risk Types' option, allowing a single configuration for all investors.
In addition, we’ve introduced an ‘All Documents’ option for document type configuration, which provides even greater flexibility when managing various investor documents. These updates are designed to help you maintain compliance and ensure all your investors’ documentation is up to date without the hassle of configuring each case separately.
Keeping track of changes made to investor profiles is crucial for ensuring compliance and maintaining data integrity.
Each record within the new Profile History feature captures the time, date, actor, action, value, and information source, providing a comprehensive audit trail of every action taken within investor profiles.
With the addition of a filter bar, users can now quickly search for, and review, specific changes. This level of transparency ensures your investor data remains reliable and compliant with regulatory requirements.
GPs handling multiple funds can now combine all investment entities under a single client profile. With our new Merging Feature, GPs can merge duplicate client records directly from the client dashboard, reducing confusion and simplifying portfolio management
Additionally, users can now merge duplicate investment entities, ensuring that your records remain accurate and up to date without the need for manual clean-up. These updates streamline data management and help maintain a centralized, organized view of client and investment information.
