Introducing Self-Serve Data Export and Enhanced Platform Features

Anduin is dedicated to enhancing your experience with monthly updates, introducing new features and improvements. This month, our updates are designed to streamline and accelerate the workflow for fund managers and administrators in Fund Subscription.

Here's what in store this month:

Simplifying Data Export in Fund Subscription

Exporting data from Fund Subscription is now easier and self-served. With this new feature, you can create your own data export templates that include data fields from both subscription forms and the master dashboard in a few clicks. 

Here’s how it works:

• Choose Your Fund: Select the fund you’re working on.
• Customize Your Data Export: Navigate to Export → Create Custom Template. From here, you can choose any data field from a document or dashboard to include in your template. The document is broken down by pages, allowing you to quickly find the fields you need.
• Modify Before Exporting: Before exporting, you can adjust the order of columns, rename fields, and remove fields.

This new feature empowers fund managers, fund admins, and investor relations teams to speed up the data export process, tailor the templates to their needs, and work more autonomously.  It reduces the need to contact Anduin’s team for time-sensitive data exports, giving you greater control over your daily tasks.

Notification Enhancements

To help users be more productive while working with Fund Subscriptions, notifications are now categorized into three distinct types: Mentions, Assignments, and Thread-related. This categorization enables you to:

• Search: Quickly find the notifications that matter most to you.
• Respond: Reply promptly to important updates and requests.
• Prioritize: Focus on the most critical interactions first.

Additionally, we’ve introduced a unified notification badge that consolidates all relevant notifications. This badge simplifies tracking your interactions and pending actions within the platform, ensuring you never miss an important update.

Permission Enhancements

We are continually working to improve granular permission settings to help funds collaborate securely and flexibly. 

This month, we’ve implemented two key updates:

• Restricted Access Adjustments: Now, only the GP admin can adjust investor group access, ensuring tighter control over who can view and modify sensitive information.
  
• Custom Group Restrictions: Custom groups are restrictable  from updating closes
